I recently had the pleasure of visiting at Sandpiper Apartments in my apartment hunting. I was impressed by how well-kept the grounds were. The landscaping was immaculate and the cleanliness creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the office staff went above and beyond to make my visit impressionable. The leasing agent’s kindness and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns made a significant difference in my experience. A beautifully maintained environment with exceptional customer service makes this a place I am seriously considering to rent from.

The most amazing experience living here the apartment was amazing the neighborhood and neighbors were awesome! Management and maintenance team were always great as well. Will definitely miss living here!

Amazing property, great attentive staff and professional maintenance team!Ari,leasing consultant made move in process a breeze! Manager Angie and assistant Jessica are always there to address any of your needs!Landscape is wonderful and the property is clearly very loved and well taken care of! You get a house feel without home owner responsibilities,thanks to 5 star maintenance team!The amenities are wonderful and we are enjoying acess to pools,grill,gym.Our pups love walks around the property,dog park and dog grooming station! Highly recommend to check it out!

Sandpiper is such a great place to live! I lived here years ago and loved it so much, that when I moved back to Utah 5 years ago - I didn't even look around at other places because I knew I wanted to live there again. The apartments are spacious and modern with very nice finishes; and, the grounds are kept beautifully. Plus, the office and maintenance staff are fantastic! They take such great care of everything and are wonderful to work with. The location is also awesome with easy access to freeways and major roads, but tucked away enough that it's a quiet place to be. I really appreciate living in such a nice home and for all the people here do to make it that way.

Love living here ...the office gals and the maitence workers are soooooooooo nice. Would definitely recommend living here.
