Sandpiper is such a great place to live! I lived here years ago and loved it so much, that when I moved back to Utah 5 years ago - I didn't even look around at other places because I knew I wanted to live there again. The apartments are spacious and modern with very nice finishes; and, the grounds are kept beautifully. Plus, the office and maintenance staff are fantastic! They take such great care of everything and are wonderful to work with. The location is also awesome with easy access to freeways and major roads, but tucked away enough that it's a quiet place to be. I really appreciate living in such a nice home and for all the people here do to make it that way.

Love living here ...the office gals and the maitence workers are soooooooooo nice. Would definitely recommend living here.

The maintenance team here is top notch. They have a big property to deal with but will still get to you within a day or so. They also explain what they are going to be doing and what the problem is so you’re not left guessing.

Really great apartments. It's quiet and there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors
